Exchange and return shipping policy:

The order is prepared and prepared within a period ranging from 1 to 3 days, and then the product is shipped.

The shipping period for the product ranges from 3 to 10 working days.

• Each shoe or product is shipped separately from the other if two or more shoes are ordered

• There is a customs fee on the shipment upon receipt of the order, not exceeding 15 riyals for each product, which is non-refundable.
• There are customs fees on the shipment upon receipt of the order, not exceeding 15 riyals for each product when replacing, and they are not refundable.

*If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to our headquarters in the Emirates for any reason, 100 riyals will be charged for each shoe in the order in order to lose the round-trip shipping fees*

Terms of exchange and return:

1- Within a specific period, which is 7 days from the date the shipment arrives to you only.

2- We do not accept the return of a product that has been used or benefited from.

3- There is no return or exchange for accessories.

4- The store bears the shipping costs in the event of an exchange for the first time only.

-The replacement period is between 7 to 14 working days.

5- In order to return the order when it is shipped to the customer and he wants to return it, the product must be returned to us through a company, and then the amount is refunded to the customer.

6-If the customer receives the product, he applies the site’s procedures in terms of sending him a policy, returning the product, and then getting the amount back. The period for getting the amount back is 14 working days from receiving the product.

The store has the right to refuse the return if the product is not in good condition.
